Hi, I’m Ashlee! I’m a full-time Realtor with over five years of experience and the team leader of 417 Home Collective, proudly serving the Springfield and surrounding 417 area. With a background in education, I specialize in guiding buyers and sellers through the real estate process in a clear, low-stress way so they feel confident every step of the way. Buying or selling a home is a big milestone, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with my clients.

I’m a top-producing agent with Fathom Realty, consistently selling over $9 million annually. My clients value my communication, attention to detail, and dedication to protecting their best interests from start to finish.

I was born and raised in the Springfield area (Nixa to be exact). I’m married and a proud mom to our five-and-a-half-year-old son, Liam. Before real estate, I spent 14 years as an elementary teacher after earning my Master’s degree from Auburn University (War Eagle!). That experience shaped how I work today... patient, organized, and focused on education and advocacy.
